In 2007, CLARK AND THE FAMOUS SUSPECTS arrived on the Paris music scene and created quite a storm. Having played countless concerts and festivals, the band are now closely united and well established... they have made an impressive impact on the live scene. In 2010, barely three years after their creation and after only a few radio slots and a video on MTV, their album "HYDE SIDE" sold over 100 000 copies in Europe. Their success has already flouted the conventions of the music industry as they are the first to offer their songs on MP3 players of a renowned manufacturer. In fact there’s no stopping them! They are continuously working to further their image and sound, largely thanks to their four overlapping personalities, to which they owe their talents of creation and invention and the ability to fire the imagination of their fans. They largely draw their inspiration from our glamorous, enigmatic and quirky universe. From Dallas to Spielberg, from Oscar Wilde to comics, from Paris to Las Vegas, from Jupiter to Krypton... their radiant pop is set ablaze with the energy from a fusion of rock and electro influences – it’s punchy, effective and furiously new! -
