From smugglers dens along the East Suffolk coastline, through the punk dives and back bars of ye Olde Ipswich Towne they have come, armed to the teeth with infectious new tunes.
East Town Pirates started by sharpening their hooks in raids on taverns and alehouses around East Anglia. As well as regularly gigging throughout the UK, they have also made raids on Ireland and France. There be five aboard – Pirate Lords one and all…Rikki Rumoldew, Kutthroat Kev, Shameless Seamus, Zak Cousteau and Admiral Jonnie Murder.
The band have recently released their second album 'Seven seas of sin', a follow up to their self-titled 2011 debut album.
Live shows see audiences turning up in full pirate attire and singing their hearts out to the ‘Voodoo pirate rock n roll’.
