I am Dr. Hoover! The Electric Plugs' leader. I am the phallic symbol of rock'n'roll, and my Electric friends are its testicles.
I do not really know where I come from. All I can tell you is that my father was a Russian vacuum-cleaner and my mother was an American washing machine. They probably left me alone somewhere in England when I was 1 week old, because the only thing I was able to do was screaming that holy word: ROCK'N'ROLL!!!
I have graduated in HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES.
Now I'm a Doctor too and I can heal you from anything that's twisting your mind! If you have problems with yourself, with your dear friends, with your pets, with your household appliances... Just ask Dr. Hoover by sending him a message!!! Because Dr. Hoover does not only love himself, he loves his people too!
