  • The Story Behind the song "Stay With Me Tonight" (Read Please)

    Okay, So,, Im sure all of you listened to the new song; Stay with me tonight...and thought OMG JAKE POPS PILLS...well I can explain that song, and NO I DO NOT POP ANY PILLS!! Okay, So..."Stay With Me Tonight" is a song that I wrote (minus the lyrics) about 1 year ago, with one of my best friends, Connor Brewer before his tragic death. Yes, he was a pill popper and It finally caught up to him.  Reflecting upon his loss I wrote lyrics to complete the song that tells the tragic story of how his life ended. So, With that said and explained, Rock on and keep living for the people who care about you.  Life sucks but death is forever – you never know what you might miss

        Is there any way you could put that song back up?  I'd love to hear it.  I too had someone close to me that died of an overdose a few years ago.  I'd love to hear the song.

    Whats up Everyone? I started a myspace as a personal friend space, rather than just having my music page.     The summer is here and so far everything is going smooth. I'm meeting a lot of cool people on myspace, A LOT. Thank you everyone for your continued love and support. I appreciate every single one of you. For all of you who ask these questions over and over again, here are the answers:

    Do I have MSN or AIM or Yahoo Messenger?
    -I only have Yahoo Messenger, but I'm not giving out my screen name. I only will if I talk back and forth with you first on myspace for a while and if I feel I can trust you with it.

    Do you have a girlfriend?
    -Currently no.

    What happened to your girlfriend you had when you were on GvB?
    -We broke up.

    Did you really cyber with that Chelsea girl?
    -NO! Some people will make up anything to feel close or get attention from a "famous" person.

    Do you have a new band?
    -I am currently in the workings.

    Why did Mind the Gap break up?
    -Too many differences.

    Can you tell (Miriam, Cassie, Aubrey, Daniel, etc...) I said hello?
    -I'd be happy to, but that is not all I am here for. I'm not just a postman.
