Hello, we are Terminus. » Pauline (texts and songs) and Giac (Guitar, Bass, Drums, Moog, Harmonium) have been together for a very long time when they create Terminus. Musicians since they were children, they are now inspired by their experiments. They are two scientists of the mind : two psychologists working on the mysteries of the soul, making some popmusic on a fundamental research background. A sensual and melancholic voice, a melodic and insomniac composer, the Debut Album (2008) was for some people an UFO came from another dimension. inspired for some others like descendants of a Portishead supposed to feed the waves of the 2010’s. Terminus gathers inspirations from Progressive Psyche-Rock of the 70’s (King Crimson, Iron Butterflies, or Pink Floyd), Electronic Music of the 60’s – 70’s (Francois de Roubaix, Giorgio Moroder, Jean Michel Jarre in its period « Deserted Palaces ») and music from Sci-Fi Fantasy movie scores of the 80’s (JerryGoldsmith, John Carpenter). The DIVISION OF TIME EP (out in June 2010) is a kind of mystical modern trip about these strange feelings we have sometimes, about the world around us. One hour can take a minute, one life can be like a Flashlight. We don’t know anything about this reality. But Times are changing, for all of us.

The DIVISION OF TIME EP (relesaed in June 2010) is a kind of mystical modern trip about these strange feelings we sometimes have. Have you never felt that everything is linked ? It certainly looks like madness but what if it was true ? Beyond time and space, the couple of psychologists is asking a few questions about today's Reality and the present time. Everyone can feel it, now, it's like drifting "in the air" : Times are changing, for all of us. The end of an era, the beginning of a new one. What if our mind was now able to change the world ? It would certainly be like a true spiritual Revolution, probably the one we have been waiting for so long. With DIVISION OF TIME, Terminus provides us 5 of their new songs. This EP is like a picture of their universe, colored with acoustic sounds, ancient Harmoniums and analog synths. The two scientists of the mind are constantly on the Road, traveling beyond dimensions, with Carl Gustav Jung and Albert Einstein on the back seat. .. .. DIVISION OF TIME (Juin 2010) est une sorte de trip mystique moderne autour de ces sentiments étranges qu'il nous arrive d'avoir, parfois. N'avez-vous jamais ressenti la sensation que tout était lié ? Certes ça peut ressembler à de la folie, mais si c'était vrai ? Au delà du temps et de l'espace, les deux psychologues se posent des questions autour de la Réalité et du temps présent. Chacun peut déjà le sentir, maintenant, c'est comme "flottant dans l'air" : Les temps sont en train de changer pour nous tous. La fin d'une ère, le commencement d'une autre. Et si notre Esprit était en mesure de changer le monde ? Ce serait sans doute une véritable Révolution spirituelle, probablement celle que nous attendions depuis si longtemps. .. Avec DIVISION OF TIME, Terminus nous livre 5 de leurs nouvelles chansons. Cet EP ressemble à une photographie de leur univers, teinté de sons acoustiques, d'Harmoniums antiques et de synthétiseurs analogiques. Les deux scientifiques de l'Esprit sont constamment sur la Route, voyageant par delà les dimensions, avec Carl G. Jung et Albert Einstein sur la banquette arrière. -
