  • Bio

.. .. ..The London Symphony Orchestra is one of the world’s top orchestras. Our home is at the Barbican in the City of London, where we perform over 80 concerts every year, and at LSO St Luke’s, a converted 18th-century church just up the road which is the base for our LSO Discovery community and education programme. We also run a record label, LSO Live. Each year we tour to several different countries, and return to some regularly where we have residencies... ....LSO Live Music Player.... .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. ...... .... .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .......... ...... .......... .. .. .. .. .. .. .. ..

  • Sounds Like

The LSO sounds like the LSO - although you could argue we sound quite like some other orchestras as well! We are particularly known for our brass sound, thanks to the great Maurice Murphy, trumpet extraordinaire. ....View the orchestra in action on our YouTube channel:...... .. .. .. .. .. ....Take part in the YouTube Symphony Orchestra!....      Hi, London Symphony Orchestra
As you know, Japan was hit by the giagantic earthquake and tsunami.
    It was so terrible.
I thank for all people who supported Japanese people.
I finished my new music "Spring wish - Tsunami,Friendship,Requiem and Pray for Peace in 2011-".
I wished to represent Japnese heart by this music.
I used Rossian, Germany, Polish and another countries's musics to represent our thanks.
Yes I used Japanese folk song too.
I would like to devote it to all people in the world.
If you have time, please check it on MySpace.
If you think good, please tell your freinds it.
Now we have continued problems of atomic plants.
    We fear nuclear effect.
    But we shall overcome it.
    Yours best friend Kiyoshi
