****************************************************************** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Lords of Frequency’s distinctive sound is a fusion of electro, dance ragga-jungle rhythms, hip hop, rocking guitars and 'traditional' sounds gained from their roots' with a sprinkle of good vibes lyrics. Lords of Frequency are Zencool and Lord Kimo (former singer of Asian Dub Foundation) . It started in 2006 with members of Asian Dub Foundation at the festival in Lorient Indisciplines, and in 2008 a training group as such ... Their first album will be available in July 2010, and it taps into the register world, ragga, electro, hip hop and many more. L.O.F's album entitled WELCOME attack on the records cited above, with the opening Friday in hackney which is punchy and effective and with in your face lyrics and flow its a sure crowd pleaser Indeed, this piece from the Lords of frequency sets the bar high. High Energy, good vibes rap flow,rock vibes ( yes it exists) clearly, and obviously listening to the album it feels like we already have seen them live ... and this goes on throughout the album, Neither more nor less a pleasant surprise, Lords Of Frequency proposes some thing that could be another evolution to the music world. "WELCOME" was created in London (U.K) and France. recorded at "Mellow Mix Studio"-London UK-by "Roots" and Louis Beckett,"mixed down by Ghislain Baran at Studio"Les Sabines"-Lorient FR , the mastering was done by "Precise Mastering studio"(London UK) by Sam John who has worked with numerous artist including the likes of The CHEMICAL BROTHERS,APHEX TWIN,BONOBO, DE LA SOUL and many more...) a guest artist also appears on LORDS OF FREQUENCY’S album, in the form of mc DET, who is one of the pioneers of the Drum and Bass scene.they signed with MVS Records and distributed by ANTICRAFTwith the support of MAPL studio in Lorient. In 2010, a new member joined LORDS OF FREQUENCY, in the form of rapper/ vocalist :N DOUBLE D. LORDS OF FREQUENCY is currently working on their second album. so keep an eye on this space for an evolution has begun. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lords Of Frequency, c’est le projet de Zencool et Lord Kimo (ancien chanteur de Asian Dub Foundation). Ça a commencé par un bœuf en 2006 avec les membres d’Asian Dub Foundation lors du festival les Indisciplines à Lorient, puis en 2008 une formation du groupe en tant que tel… L’album sera disponible en juillet, et ça tape dans le registre world, ragga, electro, hip hop. En dix titres, Welcome attaque dans les registres cités précédemment, l’ouverture avec Friday in hackney est punchy et efficace. Effectivement, dès ce morceau les Lords mettent la barre haute. High Energy clairement, et forcément on s’imagine déjà les voir en live… Et cela dure sur les cinq premiers titres, qui oscillent entre du Philippin samplé, un flow maîtrisé (Filipano flow yeah!!), de bonnes vibes rock (oui ça existe) et des basses qui tapent… L’autre moitié de l’album, quant à lui, est bien plus ambiant, moins rock, mode free party on. «WELCOME» a été créé à Londres (Royaume-Uni) et Lorient(FR). enregistré au «Mellow Mix Studio", Londres ,Royaume-Uni , par Roots et Louis Beckett,mixé par Ghislain Baran au Studio"les Sabines" a Lorient-FR- . le mastering a été fait au "Studio Précise Mastering" (Londres, Royaume Uni), par Sam John qui a travaillé avec The Chemical Brothers, Aphex Twin, Bonobo, DE LA SOUL et bien d'autres ...) un artiste invité apparaît également sur l'album LORDS OF FREQUENCY, dans la forme de MC Det, qui est l'un des pionniers de la scène DRUM AND BASS.ils ont signé sous le label MVS Records et distribué par ANTICRAFT avec le support des studios MAPL de Lorient. En 2010, un nouveau membre a rejoint LORDS OF FREQUENCY, sous la forme du rappeur / chanteur: N double D. LORDS OF FREQUENCY travaille actuellement sur son deuxième album...
